What is the Bee’s Knees Wellness Rewards Program?
Our Rewards Program is our way of saying thanks for being part of the Bee’s Knees family! Earn points when you shop and complete other qualifying activities, then redeem those points for discounts on future purchases.
How do I join the Rewards Program?
Simply create a Bee’s Knees Wellness customer account to get started. Once you’re logged in, you can view your points balance, see ways to earn, and redeem available rewards.
How do I earn points?
There are several ways to earn Bee’s Knees Rewards points:
Place an order: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
Subscribe to our newsletter: Earn 80 points.
Share on Facebook: Earn 50 points.
Follow us on Instagram: Earn 50 points.
Celebrate your birthday: Get 100 points as our birthday gift to you!
Qualifying activities and point values are subject to change.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you’ve earned enough points, log in to your account and visit the Rewards section to redeem your points for an available discount reward.
You can redeem:
150 points = $15 off
200 points = $20 off
300 points = $30 off
400 points = $40 off
500 points = $50 off
Where can I see how many points I have?
Log in to your Bee’s Knees Wellness account and open the Rewards section to view your current points balance and available rewards.
How quickly will points appear in my account?
Points may not always appear immediately after completing a qualifying activity. Please allow time for your points to be processed and added to your account.
Do I need an account to earn points?
Yes. You’ll need a Bee’s Knees Wellness customer account so we can keep track of your points and available rewards.
Can I earn points on every purchase?
You’ll earn 1 point for every eligible $1 spent on qualifying purchases. Points are generally calculated based on the eligible purchase amount and may exclude taxes, shipping, discounts, gift cards, or other non-qualifying charges.
What happens to my points if I return an order?
If you return or cancel an order, any points earned from that purchase may be deducted from your Rewards balance.
Can I combine multiple rewards on one order?
Rewards are subject to our promotional and discount policies. Unless otherwise stated, only one Rewards discount may be applied per order and Rewards discounts may not be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers.
Can I use my Rewards discount on any product?
Rewards discounts may be subject to product, order, or promotional exclusions. Any applicable restrictions will be displayed when you redeem or apply your reward.
Do my points have cash value?
No. Rewards points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No. Rewards points are tied to your Bee’s Knees Wellness customer account and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
What if I have more than one account?
Points earned under separate customer accounts cannot be combined. We recommend using the same email address and account each time you shop so all your points stay in one place.
Why didn’t I receive points for an activity?
Some activities, such as following us on social media or subscribing to our newsletter, may only qualify for points once. Make sure you’re logged in to your Bee’s Knees Wellness account when completing eligible activities. If you believe points are missing, contact our customer support team and we’ll be happy to take a look.
How does the birthday reward work?
Add your birthday to your Rewards account to receive 100 points in celebration of your special day. Birthday rewards are limited to one per year and may be subject to program eligibility requirements.
Can the Rewards Program change?
Yes. Bee’s Knees Wellness reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards Program, including how points are earned or redeemed, available rewards, and program terms, at any time.
Who can participate in the Rewards Program?
You must meet all applicable age and legal requirements to purchase Bee’s Knees Wellness products. Product availability and eligibility may vary based on your local laws and jurisdiction.
